August 18 (SeeNews) - Slovenian technical goods wholesaler Kovintrade [LJE:KZTR] has purchased 198 own shares, representing a stake of 0.0014%.
Kovintrade bought back the shares in the period between June 28 and July 28 at a price of 130 euro ($132) apiece, it said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Following the transactions, Kovintrade holds 697 of its own shares, representing 0.0051% interest, the company said.
In June, Kovintrade said it launched a share repurchase programme targeting up to 13,561 shares that represent 10% of its registered equity capital.
The programme is set to run until July 6, 2024.
