June 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Elektricni Financni Tim d.o.o. has become the 14th member on the day-ahead and the 8th member on the intraday market at Croatian power exchange, CROPEX, the exchange said.
Ljubljana-headquartered Elektricni Financni Tim, a part of the EFT Group, was founded in Slovenia in 2003 as an electricity trading company, CROPEX said in a statement on Monday.
It did not provide further details.
CROPEX was established in May 2014 by the Croatian transmission system operator and the Croatian energy market operator. It acts as the central counter party between sellers and buyers of electricity and takes the risks of buying and selling electricity for all day-ahead and intraday trades concluded on the trading platform.
