August 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] has completed a share split, increasing the number of its no-par shares to 8,079,770 from 807,977, the Ljubljana stock exchange operator said.
The Stock Exchange verified the fulfillment of the suspensive condition on August 16, day of the increase in the trading system, and determined that the conditions were fulfilled, it said in a notice earlier this week.
The market capitalisation of Cinkarna Celje remained unchanged at 227.85 million euro ($229.6 million), according to stock exchange data.
Cinkarna Celje was established in 1873. Its core business is production and marketing of titanium dioxide pigment.
Its shares closed at 28.20 euro, down 1.40%, on Thursday on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
