May 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenian lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] said on Thursday it has established a leasing unit, NLB Lease&Go.
The new company, which will start operating in the coming days, will provide leasing services for movable property, such as cars, trucks, buses, and agriculture and construction machines, NLB said in a statement.
NLB Lease&Go will have offices in all major Slovenian cities and later on will expand its network to other markets in Southeast Europe.
"Our advantages are above all the knowledge of the market and customers' needs and wishes, as well as offering simple and quick solutions," the head of the new company, Andrej Pucer, said in the statement.
Apart from Slovenia, the parent NLB Group is active in Bosnia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro.
NLB's shares traded at 38.5 euro ($42.5) by 13:58 CET on Thursday on the Ljubljana bourse, up from Wednesday's closing value of 38.0 euro.
