September 13 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's finance ministry has launched a tender offer for its outstanding notes maturing in March 2023 and in September 2024, it said.
The outstanding amount on the March 2023 notes bearing a 0.2% coupon totals some 1.517 billion euro ($1.544 billion), and the one on the September 2024 notes with a 4.625% coupon totals 1.497 billion euro, the finance ministry said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The purchase yield for both securities will be determined pursuant to a modified Dutch auction procedure, the finance ministry said.
Offers should be submitted by 17:00 CET on September 19. The settlement date will be September 27.
