May 29 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 4,262.97 points on Friday, below the closing value of 4,318.17 a week earlier, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) fell to 70.25 million denars ($1.26 million/1.14 million euro) in four trading sessions this week from 96.05 million denars in five sessions last week. The bourse was closed on Monday, May 25, for Saints Cyril and Methodius Day and Eid al-Fitr holiday.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week – of 24.6 million denars, as 4,187 of the lender's shares changed hands in 124 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 132.78 points on Friday, lower than 133.11 on May 22.
