LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 2 (SeeNews) – Several shareholders in Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] have agreed to sell jointly their shares, representing 72.75% of the telco’s capital, Slovenska odskodninska druzba said on Monday.
Slovenska odskodninska druzba, which holds 4.25% of Telekom Slovenje and represents the Republic of Slovenia, holder of 62.54%, said in a bourse filing it signed on August 29 an agreement on the joint sale of shares with three other shareholders -- Kapitalska Druzba Pokojninskega in Invalidskega Zavarovanja, reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] and insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG].
