October 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian dairy group Sremska Mlekara has lifted its stake in the capital of tobacco company Duvanska Industrija Bujanovac (DIB) [BEL:DIBB] to 98.21% from 68.09%, DIB said on Thursday.
Sremska Mlekara increased the number of DIB shares it owns to 81,644 from 56,607 on October 4, the tobacco company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

In June, Sremska Mlekara cut its stake in DIB capital to 54.9% from 97.4%.
The share price of DIB currently stands at 11,453 dinars ($107.3/97.4 euro), according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange. DIB shares last traded on the stock exchange on August 7.
