May 20 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Pent Rent has completed the acquisition of the entire capital of power facilities builder Elektroizgradnja [BEL:EIBB], after acquiring the shares held by minority shareholders.
Pent Rent, owned by Serbian citizen Dusko Djenadija, has acquired a total of 246,886 Elektroizgradnja shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on May 18, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Currently, Pent Rent owns all of the 661,296 ordinary shares of Elektroizgradnja, the company said.
No shares in Elektroizgradnja were traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the last three years.
