July 23 (SeeNews) - Serbia's Orion Telekom has selected the Axess ACS solution of German company Axiros as a platform for automated device management of customer premises equipment and business routers, Axiros said.
Axess ACS enables flexible and scalable interactions with a large number of devices for the purposes of configuration, mass firmware management, fault clearance and general real-time subscriber support, lowering operational costs, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing service activation time, Axiros said in a statement last week.

Orion Telekom, established in 2010, engages in the integration and development of alternative telecommunications resources in Serbia. It offers Internet, fixed-line telephony, hosting, and IP television, as well as related technical support services to residential and business subscribers.
