May 22 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Minova Group has increased its stake in the capital of blue-chip household appliances maker Alfa Plam [BEL:ALFA] to 6.25% from 4.33%, Alfa Plam said on Wednesday.
Minova Group increased the number of Alfa Plam shares it owns to 10,929 from 7,563 on May 17, the household appliances maker said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The entire capital of Minova Group is owned by Serbian citizen Milan Novitovic, according to data from the Serbian Business Register.
Alfa Plam's net profit decreased to 436.8 million dinars ($4.1 million/3.7 million euro) in 2018, from 805.1 million dinars in the previous year.
Its market capitalisation stands at 5.594 billion dinars.
The company last traded on May 17 when it closed flat at 32,000 dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
