April 23 (SeeNews) - Serbian blue-chip agricultural chemicals producer Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] recorded a net profit of 750.3 million dinars ($7.2 million/6.4 million euro) in 2018, down from 756.3 million dinars in the previous year.
The company's operating income rose by an annual 3.9% to 4.2 billion dinars while operating costs grew 7.4% to 3.2 billion dinars, the company said in an annual financial statement posted on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The pre-tax profit edged up 0.7% to 885.1 million dinars and operating profit went down 6.4% to 946.7 million dinars.
