June 15 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Deco has said it plans to launch a buyout bid for the 10.0% stake it does not already control in metal structures manufacturer Gosa Montaza [BEL:GMON].
The bid will target the acquisition of 22,262 Gosa Montaza shares, Deco said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Deco, owned by Serbian citizen Goran Dedic, currently controls an 89.9% stake in Gosa Montaza, it said.
Deco will apply for approval of the planned takeover bid with Serbia's competition regulator within a period of 15 days after announcing its intention on June 14.
