August 13 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Aqua Mont Service has launched a buyout bid for the 29.93% stake in energy and hydropower facilities builder Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika [BEL:HDRT] it does not own yet, it said.
Aqua Mont Service, owned by Serbian citizen Aleksandar Milosavljevic, intends to buy 44,137 shares in Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika at a price of 1,119.38 dinars ($10.65/9.51 euro) apiece, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday.

The offer is valid August 13 - September 2.
In January, Aqua Mont Service purchased a 70.1% stake in the capital of Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika from the Serbian government for 977,000 euro.
Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika is currently implementing projects in Serbia, Tunisia and Algeria.
No shares of Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika have traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the last three years.
