February 10 (SeeNews) - Serbia's competition authority said on Monday it has approved the acquisition of aircraft maintenance services provider JAT Tehnika by Czech company Avia Prime, it said.
The Commission for Protection of Competition has estimated that the transaction would not distort competition in Serbia since Avia Prime has no presence on the local market, it said in a notice posted on its website.
