Serbia's AK Kompresor disposes of own shares

BELGRADE (Serbia), June 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian car dealer AK Kompresor [BEL:KOMPB] has disposed of 1,204 own shares representing 2% of the company's share capital, it said on Monday.

Following thе transaction, AK Kompresor holds 3,820 treasury shares representing a stake of 6.34%, the company said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

AK Kompresor sold the shares in the period between May 21 and June 5 at a price of 13,861 dinars ($131.8/116.6 euro) apiece, the company said.

No shares in AK Kompresor changed hands on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the last three years.

The company has 60,229 shares with a nominal value of 4,620 dinars apiece.
