"According to the plan, one container with beef will be exported to China every second or third day," Nedimovic said.
In April 2017, the head of China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Zhi Shuping, said the Asian country is ready to import about 500,000 tonnes of beef per year from Serbia.
Serbia produced a total of 77,000 tonnes of beef in 2016, according to local media reports.
