July 12 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economy ministry is inviting bids in a tender for the sale of 24.6% stake in synthetic texture filaments producer Dunav AD, the country's privatisation agency said.
The shareholding interest put up for sale is controlled by state-owned Akcionarski Fond Beograd and its price is estimated at 849,410 euro ($956,840), the privatisation agency said in a notice.

The deadline for the submission of bids is July 29.
Interested bidders can acquire tender documentation for 150,000 dinars ($1,436/1,275 euro) by July 22.
Serbian company Simpl d.o.o. owns a 24.4% stake in the capital of Dunav AD, while a total of 51% is controlled by smaller shareholders.
