BELGRADE (Serbia), December 12 (SeeNews) – Serbian state-owned company Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije has invited bids for the construction of a 16 km-long railway line in Kragujevac, it said.
The single-track non-electrify railway line will link the villages of Sobovica and Luznice near Kragujevac to the existing Lapovo-Kragujevac-Kraljevo railroad, Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije said in a notice posted on its website on Wednesday.
The deadline for the submission of bids is January 15, Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije said.
Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije was established as a joint stock company in 2015 as part of a reorganisation programme implemented in railway operator Zeleznice Srbije which saw the uncoupling of the different sectors into separate companies.
