BELGRADE (Serbia), October 4 (SeeNews) – Serbian state-owned company Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije plans to invest a total of 200 million dinars ($1.9 mln euro/1.7 million euro) in the overhaul of 90 railway stations in 2019, the company said.
The company has started the overhaul of eleven stations along the Belgrade-Valjevo railway line as part of the project, Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije said in a statement on Thursday.
The overhaul of the eleven stations along the Belgrade-Valjevo railway line, namely Bela Reka, Barajevo, Barajevo-Centar, Veliki Borak, Stepojevac, Vreoci, Lazarevac, Lajkovac, Slovac, Divci and Valjevo, will be completed by the end of October, Infrastruktura Zeleznice Srbije said.
Last year, the company invested 100 million dinars in the overhaul of 30 railway stations.
