February 1 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economy ministry has completed the transfer of a 13.1% stake in the capital of logistics services company Intersped [BEL:ITSP] to the company's employees, Intersped said on Friday.
The transaction was part of a project for the recapitalisation of Intersped carried out by the economy ministry, in line with thecountry's privatisation law, Intersped said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
On January 29, the economy ministry completed the transfer to the company's employees of a total of 30,964 Intersped shares with a nominal value of 860 dinars ($8.3/7.3 euro) apiece, issued as part of the recapitalisation project, the logistics company said.
After the completion of the transaction, Intersped has a capital of 203.2 million dinars divided into 236,255 shares.
