February 28 (SeeNews) - Cyprus-based Sempiola Invest has raised its stake in Serbian aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] to 5.01% from 4.89%, Impol said on Wednesday.
As of February 22, Sempiola Invest's stake in Impol reached 5.01%, or 47,235 shares, Impol said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse.

The price at which it bought the additional shares was undisclosed.
Slovenia's Impol is the largest single shareholder in Impol Seval with a 70% stake, followed by the state equity fund with 15% and other minority shareholders with stakes of less than 5% each, data from the central securities depositary and clearing house showed on February 28.
Impol's capital is divided into 942,287 shares of 1,000 dinars ($9.20/8.50 euro) in par value each. The company was founded in 1991.
