Romania's SIF Moldova buys back 103,326 own shares

BUCHAREST (Romania), October 14 (SeeNews) - Romania's SIF Moldova [BSE:SIF2] said on Monday that it has repurchased 103,326 own shares in the period October 7-11 at an average price per share of 1.3949 lei ($0.324/0.293 euro).

SIF Moldova paid a total of 144,131 lei for the repurchased shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

As at 13:30 CET on Monday, SIF Moldova shares traded 1.08% lower at 1.38 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

SIF Moldova managed assets worth some 2.175 billion lei in the first half of the year, with most of its investments in the financial and energy sectors.
