April 24 (SeeNews) - ProCredit Bank Romania and Garanti Bank Romania plan to launch bond issues this year with a combined value of 260 million lei ($80.7 million/58.4 million euro), local media reported on Thursday.
ProCredit Bank Romania plans bonds worth 110 million lei, while the Romanian branch of Turkish financial group Turkyie Garanti Bankasi plans bonds worth 150 million lei, financial daily Ziarul Financiar reported, quoting market sources.
The bond issues will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Earlier this year, local media reported that Romanian-based Raiffeisen Bank plans to launch a five-year bond issue in 2014 worth 500 million lei.
