BUCHAREST (Romania), October 3 (SeeNews) -Romania's retail sales grew by an annual 7.1% on the year in the first eight months of 2019, seasonally and working-day adjusted data from the country’s statistical office showed on Thursday.
According to unadjusted data, retail trade turnover rose by 7% on the year during January-August, INS said.
Seasonally and working-day adjusted data indicate August retail trade turnover grew by 8% on the year, and by 0.4% month-on month.
August retail trade turnover grew by an unadjusted 6.7% on the year and by 2.3% on the month, the data also indicated.
