BUCHAREST (Romania), June 5 (SeeNews) -Romania's retail sales grew by an annual 8% on the year in the first four months of 2019, seasonally and working-day adjusted data from the country’s statistical office showed on Wednesday.
According to unadjusted data, retail trade turnover rose by 8.1% on the year during January-April, INS said.
Seasonally and working-day adjusted data indicate April retail trade turnover grew by 6.8% on the year, but fell 0.2% month-on month.
April retail trade turnover grew by an unadjusted 7.1% on the year and by 3.6% on the month, the data also indicated.
