May 23 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania rose by an annual 9.6% on the year to 9,118 in January-April, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) said on Thursday.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes fell 2.6% on the year to 5,633 in January-April, ACEA said in a statement citing provisional data.

Registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles of over 16 tonnes fell by an annual 39.3% to 1,313 in the first four months of the year.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, rose by 5.8% to 871,100 in January-April.
In 2018, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania rose by an annual 11.5% to 25,812.
