BUCHAREST (Romania), July 17 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Romania increased 19.2% to 71,620 during the first six months of 2019, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Wednesday.
Romanian car maker Dacia's sales in the EU increased by 10.5% year-on-year, reaching 311,841 units in January-June, ACEA said in a statement.

Dacia's market share increased to 3.8% in the first six months of the year compared to 3.3% in the same period of 2018.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, decreased by an annual 3.1% in January-June, reaching 8.18 million.
New passenger car registrations in Romania rose 23.1% year-on-year to 130,919 in 2018.
