"The Olimp area will develop significantly in the medium term and has all the prerequisites for creating a different model of tourism, with integrated projects, large green spaces and various leisure options. I bought Clos des Colombes because it integrates very well in all this picture and we have already started the investments in the extension and modernization of the winery, restaurant and estate, which we hope will become a gastronomic and tourist destination for the southern part of the coast," Euro Vial Residence managing partner Virgil Lixadru said.
Clos des Colombes estate covers an area of six hectares including a vineyard, wine cellar, a restaurant with about 100 seats and several accommodation units.
For the last 20 for years, the business was under the coordination of French-born entrepreneur Anne Marie Rosenberg, who bought the estate in 2002. About 18,000 bottles are currently produced at the estate annually.
Founded in 2017, Euro Vial Residence has so far invested some 45 million euro in two residential projects in Mamaia - Sea ON and Lake ON, with a total of 568 apartments, and Forest ON, in the Baneasa area of Bucharest, with 36 apartments.
