November 26 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Ecovillas Company said on Monday it is investing 10 million euro ($11.3 million) in a new residential complex near the capital Bucharest.
The investment will be covered by developers and investors' own funds, as well as through bank loans, the developer said in a press release.
LOFT Green Apartments will be based in Mogosoaia, some 15 km from capital Bucharest and will have 154 boutique apartments.The complex will also have a 3,000 sq m park, bordering on the Mogosoaia forest.
The construction will be carried out in two phases, as 44 apartments are to be delivered in May upon the completion of the first phase.
This is Ecovillas' second real estate project in Romania.
Ecovillas was founded in 2014.
