July 15 (SeeNews) - Romania's construction output jumped by 19.6% year-on-year in May, following a 25.5% rise in April, the country's statistical office, INS, said on Tuesday, citing working-day adjusted data.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly comparison basis, construction production fell by 7.6% in May, INS said in a statement.
On an unadjusted basis, Romania's May construction output rose by 25.5% on the month and was 5.8% higher on the year.
Romania's construction output fell by 4.1% year-on-year in 2018.
