November 13 (SeeNews) - Romania's industrial production fell by 4.8% year-on-year in September, following an annual fall of 6.7% in August, the national statistical office said on Wednesday, quoting seasonally and working day-adjusted figures.
Month-on-month, industrial output rose by an adjusted 1.9% in September, following a 0.1% rise in August, INS said in a statement.
In January-September, Romania's industrial production posted a 2.1% seasonally and working day-adjusted annual decrease.
