March 14 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Alezzi expects its turnover to soar by 150% year-on-year in 2024, surpassing 50 million euro ($54.7 million), local media reported.
The company also estimates it will book a profit of 12 million euro this year, up from 5 million euro reported for last year, Agerpres news agency reported on Tuesday.
The real estate firm is currently developing two residential complexes in Constanta county - Alezzi Odyssey and Alezzi Towers, with a total planned capacity of over 850 apartments. Following the projected completion of Alezzi Towers in 2025, Alezzi will start developing a new project in the city of Constanta, on a land plot it owns.
Alezzi has also acquired a land plot from Portuguese investment fund Martifer, on which it plans to erect a nearly-zero emission building (NZEB).
"The real estate market in Constanta attracts customers from all over the country, and last year we also saw companies deciding to invest in Alezzi projects. Last year, around 10% of our clients were investment funds, who know that real estate projects are a safe investment in times of crisis," Agerpres quoted Dan Petrifan, CEO of Alezzi, as saying.
Since its founding, Alezzi has invested more than 100 million euro in its real estate projects which currently have a total capacity of over 1900 apartments. Its first project, Alezzi Beach Resort, was completed in 2016.
