BUCHAREST (Romania), October 2 (SeeNews) – Romanian startup Blockchain Engineering, a company in application development using blockchain technology, said on Tuesday it aims to book 500,000 euro ($580,852) in revenues in its first year of activity.
The company has already implemented a few projects and has others underway, it said in a press release.
"Our focus is the revolution of many industries by adopting the blockchain technology. We will gather a team of Romanian programmers, and will try to address the global market. We already have contacts with potential customers in Singapore and London and we will continue to promote ourselves in other global technology centers such as Sillicon Valley, Toronto, Seattle or Seoul," Blockchain Engineering CEO Cezar Marin said.
Blockchain technology provides a way to record and transfer data in a transparent, decentralized and secure manner and is applicable in many areas such as banking and payments, cyber security, logistics, voting, transportation, online and cloud storage, energy management, government operations, charity, or insurance.
Founded in May this year, Blockchain Engineering offers Blockhain ERP and ICO solutions and services. According to its website. it currently has three clients: blockchain energy exchange platform Bittwatt, urbanism company Total Business Land and the Romanian Commodites Exchange.
