September 13 (SeeNews) - Romania posted the third sharpest annual decrease in industrial production in July among EU member states for which data is available, after Estonia and Germany, the bloc's statistical office said.
In July, Romania's industrial output fell by 5.2% year-on-year, Eurostat said in a statement on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, Romania's industrial production fell the most in the EU28 - by 3.3%, while Croatia posted the highest increase in industrial production during the review period - by 4.9%.
