LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 12 (SeeNews) – The shares of Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
Sava Re closed 2.89% lower at 16.8 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, ended the session 0.20% lower at 870.54 points.
Shares of hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] recorded the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies. The company's shares closed at 14.7 euro, up 4.26%.
Total trading turnover on the exchange fell to 2.61 million euro ($2.9 million) on Wednesday from 3.4 million euro on Tuesday.
The largest turnover on Wednesday, of 1.5 million euro, was generated by pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG].
