TIRANA (Albania), March 13 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International's (RBI) profit after taxes from operations in Albania fell to 27 million euro ($30.4 million) in 2018, from 34 million euro in 2017, the Austria-based group said on Wednesday.
RBI's operating income in Albania fell to 70 million euro last year, from 73 million euro in 2017, figures from RBI's annual financial statement showed.
The lender's net interest income in the country fell to 55 million euro from 56 million euro, while its net fee and commission income increased to 17 million euro from 15 million euro.
RBI's non-performing loan (NPL) ratio in Albania was 14.1% at the end of December, compared to 16.3% a year earlier.
