BELGRADE (Serbia), May 15 (SeeNews) – Polish real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) plans to open the Ada Mall in Serbia's capital Belgrade on May 24, it said on Wednesday.
The Ada Mall will have 34,400 square metres of high-quality space located in Cukarica, directly opposite Ada Ciganlija island in the Danube river, GTC said in an e-mailed statement.
GTC has signed pre-lease contracts for 97% of the retail space of the Ada Mall so far, the company said.

The Polish real estate developer also plans to open two buildings of the Green Heart office complex in Belgrade this year and a third building of the complex in 2020, it said in the statement.
GTC has already completed the construction of seven office buildings in Serbia, all of them in Belgrade. Elsewhere in Southeastern Europe (SEE), GTC is also present in Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.
