ZAGREB (Croatia), June 27 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose more than 80% each on Monday for a second day in a row on gains in Podravka, Valamar Riviera and Ericsson Nikola Tesla, bourse data showed.
The 23-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, gained 0.86% to finish at 2,029.17 points. The narrower CROBEX10 which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, advanced 0.94% to end at 1,205.32 points.
Food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] was the most traded company on Monday. In regular trading, its shares appreciated 1.05% to end at 576 kuna in a turnover of 769,000 kuna ($96,000/90,200 euro). Besides, 6,000 of its shares changed hands in a 3.48 million kuna block deal, at a price of 580 kuna per share.
Shares of hotel owner and operator Riviera Valamar [ZSE:RIVP] surged 2.76% to 33.50 kuna in a turnover of some 634,000 kuna.
Shares of ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] increased 1.12% to 1,800 kuna in a turnover of 439,000 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 11.4 million kuna from 8.8 million kuna on Friday.
