September 5 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) shed some 0.50% each on Monday on losses in Podravka, Atlantska Plovidba and Valamar Riviera, bourse data showed.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, fell 0.51% to close at 1,982.53 points. The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, lost 0.59% to finish at 1,183.95 points.
Food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] was the most traded company on Monday with a turnover of 1.4 million kuna ($185,000/186,000 euro) as its shares fell 1.05% to end at 568 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] followed by turrnover with 684,000 kuna. Its shares dropped 2.16% to end at 408 kuna.
Shares of hotel owner and operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] declined 0.61% to end at 32.40 kuna in a turnover of 346,000 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 6.2 million kuna from 3.5 million kuna on Friday, thanks to a 2.4 million kuna block deal with shares of Hrvatska Postanska Banka [ZSE:HPB].
