July 5 (SeeNews) - Fuel retailer OMV Bulgaria, part of Austrian energy group OMV, said that it will open two new filling stations in 2019.
One of the stations will be located near Plovdiv, while the other will be on the motorway connecting Sofia and Pernik, OMV Bulgaria said in a financial statement.
The company opened two new stations in 2018.
OMV Bulgaria's capital investments increased to 11.3 million levs ($6.5 million/5.8 million euro) last year from 11.0 million levs in 2017, and were mainly focused on its filling stations grid.
OMV entered the Bulgarian market in 1998 and operated 93 filling stations across the country at the end of 2018 - 91 under the OMV brand, and two under its Avanti brand.
