August 4 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's baking company Zito Luks [MSE:ZILU] reported a non-consolidated net loss of 46.3 million denars ($763,983/751,648 euro) in the first half of 2022, compared with a net loss of 564,000 denars in the like period of 2021.
Total sales revenue rose 13% year-on-year to 557.3 million denars in the January-June period, the company said in an interim financial statement filed with the bourse in Skopje earlier this week.
Domestic sales increased by 11% to 523.5 million denars, while sales abroad rose 39% to 33.7 million denars.
Cost of goods sold totalled 457.1 million denars in the first six months of 2022, up 28% year-on-year.
Zito Luks is part of international grain group Elbisco SA Greece.
Zito Luks operates a mill with 50,000 tonnes capacity and five bread production lines.
