December 9 (SeeNews) - Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,265 NIS shares changed hands in turnover of 1.6 million dinars. NIS shares closed flat at 728 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.10% at 776.79 points.
Aluminum rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 5.39% to 3,500 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.15% at 1,697.36.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 6.3 million dinars ($59,300/53,600 euro) on Monday, down from Friday's 15.3 million dinars, as 70 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 1.4 million dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.
