BUCHAREST (Romania), March 18 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Romania decreased 18.1% to 21,325 in the first two months of 2020, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Wednesday.
In February only, new passenger car registrations in Romania decreased 26.8% to 8,836 units, ACEA said in a statement.

Romanian car maker Dacia's sales in the EU decreased by 28.8% year-on-year, reaching 57,754 units in January-February. Dacia's market share decreased to 3% in January-February compared to 3.9% in the same period of last year.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, decreased by an annual 7.4% in January-February, reaching 1.9 million units.
New passenger car registrations in Romania rose 23.4% year-on-year to 161,562 in 2019.
