October 16 (SeeNews) - Food and beverages producer Nestle Bulgaria said that it is seeking the approval of its shareholders to remove current country manager for Bulgaria - Emanuel Iv Mary Arthur, from its board of directors.
Nestle Bulgaria is also seeking approval from its shareholders to appoint Petar Stoilov as board member, the company said on Monday in an invitation for the meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for November 20.
Nestle Bulgaria booked revenue of 257.7 million levs ($145.5 million/131.8 million euro) in 2018 and closed the year with a net profit of 20.9 million levs.
