April 9 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Central Securities Depository said on Tuesday that local pension fund management company WVP Penzisko Drustvo, part of Skopje-based WVP Fund Management, has increased its capital by 145,000 euro ($157,576).
WVP Penzisko Drustvo issued 145,000 ordinary shares of 1 euro in par value each, the securities depository said in a notice.
Following the new share issue, WVP Penzisko Drustvo’s capital totals 720,000 euro, divided into 720,000 ordinary shares of 1 euro in par value each.
North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission said earlier that the parent company, WVP Fund Management, will purchase the newly issued shares.
WVP Fund Management is a company for management of open and closed investment funds. It is owned by Austria's WVP Group.
