May 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian food company Vitaminka [MSE:VITA] said that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 216.16 denars ($3.95/3.51 euro) per share for 2018.
Vitaminka paid a gross dividend of 173.52 denars per share for 2017.
Under the proposal, Vitaminka will distribute a gross total of 16.42 million denars as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
Vitaminka shareholders will put the proposal to a vote at a general meeting scheduled for June 11.
Vitaminka shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange at a price of 10,777 denars apiece.
The company's net profit grew by an annual 57% to 51.7 million denars in 2018.
Vitaminka specialises in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
