June 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based cigarette producer Tutunski Kombinat Prilep (TKP) [MSE:TKPR] said its board of directors (BoD) has appointed Zoran Pacheshkoski the company's new chief executive director.
The BoD also named Goce Koteski new member of the board, Tutunski Kombinat said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Pacheshkoski is replacing Kire Stankoski, who has held the position of CEO since 2018.
Stankoski was also dismissed from the company's BoD alongside Tatjana Stefanoska earlier in June, the company said in a previous statement, without providing details.
Tutunski Kombinat's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) in the past year.
