February 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's telecommunications company Telekabel Dooel Stip has asked for approval to acquire local peer Infel - KTV Ohrid, the country's Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said.
The public can submit comments on the proposed transaction within ten days from the announcement, the CPC said in a notice on Thursday.

Established in 1998, Telekabel offers a range of communication services, including access to television content, internet, landline, and mobile telephony in 17 cities in North Macedonia.
Infel - KTV Ohrid, established in 2001, operates as a communication network provider within the municipality of Ohrid, offering subscribers access to television content and internet services.
