September 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Central Securities Depository said that Sparkasse Bank Makedonija AD Skopje has increased its capital by 1.115 billion denars ($18.036 million/18.061 million euro).
Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje issued 417,972 shares with a nominal value of 2,670 denars apiece to hike its capital, the securities depository said in a notice on Thursday.
Following the new share issue, the bank’s capital totals 5.6 billion denars divided into 2,095,415 shares of 2,670 denars in par value each.
The capital increase was registered by the depository on August 31.
In August, North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said it gave the green light to Sparkasse Bank Makedonija AD Skopje to increase its capital by 1.228 billion denars ($20.3 million/20 million euro).
